Master Skull Quest - (Bad Vibrations)

Hey there i am having problems to activate the master skull. The stone circle is not triggering when i interact with it at midnight, in fact is not showing any message. Someone else is having this bug?

Had the same problem. Saw someone in another post saying that it worked at around 9:00 PM for them, tried that out, still didn't work.

I ended up sleeping hour after hour and running back and fourth until it worked at 4:00 AM for me.

I have the same problem unfortunately i cant activate stone no matter the hour i checked every hour and still cant get the reward.
