Strange Place Quest question...
What's the console command to complete the Strange Place part quest?

if you having trouble leaving the area, and you're using a controller, the bound button doesn't work at first and may require a re-log.
reason why I'm not directly answering is console commands related to forcibly completing quest can cause a lot of problems. but if you're at a point where it's the only option left...

setstage MQP02 115

(you can look up the quest ID (MQP02 in this case) and the finished stage (115) on the wiki (hoping I got the quest correct, as I didn't see a quest with that exact name when I looked it up))

take note that I don't believe it'll let you out of the place even if you force finish the quest, so it'd be helpful if you can let us know exactly why it can't be finished normally.

I just don’t know which direction to go and all to escape the strange place area in this confusing game.

there should be a message on screen saying to press Y (by default) to leave. (and also used to return when needed.) that should be all that's needed, you more or less teleport in and out of there. there's no trail to follow or anything like that.

How do I place the human heart on the pedastal?

it isn't necessary to place anything on the pedestal

Hold your activate button to grab things without picking them to inventory (by default it's E) and then move it. To be fair, it's a nightmare trying to put either the heart or a bottle on that piedestal, but for me at least it eventually 'bugged' a bit and lowered the pikes and had them stay down even after the heart rolled the heck off.

There is a gap in the pikes you can get thru without having to lower them.

Figured this out already and thanks.
