Cell Respawn time and requirements?

Does anyone know the respawn time for cells in Enderal ? I see some ranges from 4 to 18 days. Is there a set time or does it do things at different intervals? (plants, mobs) Also does the timer reset if you re-enter a cell before it respawns?

I just ask because it would be nice to top off a level now and again without having to push way far out to a new area. I just started a couple of days ago but after 7 in-game days I noticed nothing had re-popped and just now corpses from downed critters disappeared from the original areas, but no new respawns.

itemrespawn is around 2-3 days if i remember right. 7 at most.
not everything respawns. most chests stay empty for good in enderal.

most enemies respawn. but there is some who do not like the machines for example. named bosses never respawn.

and yes. re entered will reset the timer. just like it does in skyrim. you need to go to a farther away cell and wait a few days there. a cell wont respawn if youre inside it or near it for the outside.
