Where to find Entropy books?

I can't talk to any shrouded mages as I don't have entropy at lvl 25. How am I supposed to reach that level if no one is selling to me?

The merchant at Three River Watch sold me 5 apprentice Entropy books.
The Shrouded Mage was willing to talk to me after that.

traders in the under city or travelling merchants . try the shady merchant in the false dog inn in the under city

You need 25 in Psionic or Enthropy to get that Undercity Trader in Ark to talk to you. You can get Psionic spellbooks very early in Riverville, at that lady Merchant on the Main Square. They even get restocked from time to time, so you shouldn´t have any troubles getting to 25 in Psionic. Additional, Psionic and Enthropy do share the same Skilltree, so it might come in handy sooner or later ;)
