Is there an ice claw potion you can brew?
Or should I just eat the ice claws I find?

no there is not. tought about this myself back when it came out due to gothic doing similar things with some shrooms^^

its safe to just consume them. its easy to keep track of how many you eat by remembering your starting carry weight.

there is over 200 of these to be found in the world. gl ever finding them all without a guide/the ck.

edit just checked : there is 234 ice claws total in the game to be found. 1 is in the testing cell tough so 233.

I already installed the mod which grants +30 carry weight per shroom ;D

By the way: how do I check if a workshop mod was installed correctly? I cant seem to find the corresponding .esps..?

enderal launcher -> workshop

but not every mod has an .esp

you may aswell use player.set command in console instead of that mod XD literally the same thing and doesnt require downloading anything.

Yeah, if I remember correctly, the "player.setav CarryWeight xx" was permanent in Skyrim.
In Oblivion it only worked as long as you came to a loading screen, as max carry weight was calculated on the fly by using the strength attribute.

Cheez... These were good times when TES was actually a proper RPG wih attributes. :steamsad:

yeah. true words. its sad they removed attributes for no good reason. one of the many flaws of skyrim.

Do beware that I've put enough into a Skyrim inventory to seriously lag the game when I open my inventory, a chest, or try to barter. And that started at only like 1000 weight limit, though it depends on how many different items you're carrying and not weight.

The way inventory loads really is not designed for unlimited weight, like Gothic.

to be fair gothics inventory was also different and the game had way less clutter items total.
