start stealing and selling the stolen goods, then buy some ambrosia, i was at 98% so thats what i did to lower it

If you've got c. 2k pennies and a decently high alchemy/rhetorics level, you can also just buy an alchemist store-owner's entire stock, turn those ingredients into potions, and sell it back to them for a fairly substantial profit. You should also generally be able to acquire the ingredients to make Ambrosia from most store-owners, although the two you named are kind of rare.

Try to rely less on healing potions and more on food if possible.

Buy all the ghost root and nightshade you can and combine them. Much cheaper than ambrosia, and the ingredients are easier to get and cheaper than Vynroot. And it lowers fever far better than store bought ambrosia potions.

There are two alchemists in Ark that sell both ingredients. One in the Noble quarter, and one at Sun Temple. Buy them out on both ingredients every time you visit town.

You can buy:
1. Vinroot from Hafner's Farm Shop (right near Red Ox tavern).
2. Ghost Wrappings and Nidhtshade from alchemist in Noble Quarter.
2. Ghost Wrappings from Golden Circle trade post in Market district.

There is more then one recipe for ambrosia, so far ive found 2 and they use different ingredients.

Thristle + Peaceweed/Baldris Root/yrnroot/ghostwrappings/nightshade = 11% Ambrosia without investing any skills in Apothecary or having any Talents in Apothecary.

Thristle is plentiful all over the place.

Just this.

Go into battle with full health.
Try to survive battle.
Eat much when battle is won, you won't get fat. :P

Theres also the talent Arcane Interference (Light Magic branch)which lets you reduce Fever by 15% a day, which basically made me never really have to use ambrosia at all.
So if youre using alot of healing spells, which you seem to be doing if you have fever problems, that might be a good investment to get.
The NPCs in Arks Marketplace will buy nearly everything (magic shop and that guy next to her for example).

Thank you, Ishan.

I keep finding the same two Ambrosia recipes (Baldris Root + Vynroot, and Ghost Wrappings + Nightshade) lying around, but both Vynroot and Ghost wrappings are relatively scarce.

Meanwhile, I have a stack of Thistle that's absolutely huge.

Now I know there are more plentiful ingredient options. :steamhappy:

Thanks again.
