You just need access to The Father's room, which you gain at the start of Dark Chambers of our Mind. You don't even need to complete the Rhalâta quest line, and who you side with if do you complete it doesn't matter. If you don't have the Dreamflower when you gain access to the room, you can still come back when you do get the Dreamflower and still use the decomposer.

ty one last question, do you drink it as soon as you make it or wait to the every end just before you stop the beacon?

It doesn't matter when you drink it, as long as it's before destroying the beacon. It can be right after you craft it, right before destroying the beacon, or any time in-between.

ty for taking the time to answer these questions. once i make it i am going wait and drink it after that dude does the betrayal(sp) for rp purposes(now i have reason to doubt weather he lied to me about the herbs functions or not) hehe luv playing this game before dlc and really enjoying it with all the new stuff(dlc). you guys out did yourselves with your work and all the support you are giving. so ty and wish you good will with all you do!
