Where to get Glowing Thorium?

dismantle aeterna stuff or find thorium veins. they are pretty rare but they respawn after awhile.
some ingots can be found aswell.

Not a huge help but I did find a vine at the end of the Gravepath dungeon in the Goldenforst. If you go there, make sure to pick up the Apothecarii notes and do the Like Newly Born quest while going through the dungeon.

At the golden sickle trading post in Ark you can find several glowing thorium ingots as well as some other rare ingots but its behind first an expert lock and then a master lock

Late after lvl 35 or so you will find loads of aeterna items randomly or from enemies take everything and dismantle them at a forge take righteous path items too you will get shadow ingots from them, just use mark and recall and get few teleportation scrolls and don't leave anything behind.

has nothing to do with level. enemys in enderal dont carry leveled loot. its all fixed. if an enemy has a aeterna weapon it always has it. chests contain random loot but its not leveled either. just random.

ok so it may be after I was over lvl 30-35 I went on enemies that dropped the items.

A favorite source of Glowing Thorium for me (particularly early on) was finding Aeterna weapons and armor pieces to dismantle - especially the ones just laying around 'out in the open' because, if you make it a point to remember where you find them, you can go back and grab them again after they respawn. ;)

I found minable and lootable in areas between Duneville and the northeast coast, some while on quests, some just exploring. You can also buy it occasionally - ingots and ore. Mostly north of Wellwatch.

There is a tomb you go through looking for a person's girlfriend that is near duneville. It's part of a quest you pick up at frostfall tavern. Inside the tomb are grave wardens. All their gear is made of glowing thorium. The shields and the bows and maybe even the swords. I only looted shields and bows but I got out with about 30 ingots. I'm not sure if it's a respawning dungeon, but if it is that makes it stupidly profitable for handicraft.
