hey what the ♥♥♥♥ is vynroot? I understand you want your game to have its own nirnroot but you cant just not tell me what it is and ive googled vynroot and ive googled for the quest and i couldnt find either so does anyone know what it is or where it spawns? because ive checked near water and i couldnt find anything.

I did the quest too soon for that, but as I understand it, if you've got to that part of the main quest, you can tell him that the Order are working on a cure for the Red Madness. When you visit him again a few days later, apparently, an Apothecarius came by, gave her a potion, and took her to the Sun Temple to try and treat her.

Thanks. Do you know if this has any consequences or is the result the same (no further quests or rewards for both endings)?

AFAIK there's no particular difference for you (you get the same reward), just the knowledge that she might be okay (I believe you can visit her in the Temple, but not sure.)
