no but there is a mod on nexus mods that allows for respec and I imagine that it will eventually be updated for this version and posted in the workshop.

There is currently no way to respec any of your points in the game.

The respec mod wasn't even updated to the latest non-Steam patch and breaks a lot of scripts, so I wouldn't recommend it.

yout dont really need to respec either. there is more than enough memory points available to get nearly all the good perks in the end. the setarmors and weapons require you to fokus on a playstyle anyway. just dont spread out yourself more than 3 trees at first.

Sinistrope/Lycanthrope as bound weapon damage scales with entropy. That covers archery, summons and wolf form using two disciplines which leaves you your third discipline to dedicate towards dual wielding.

There's no need to respec IMO unless you're like lvl20 and have put all your points in stamina.
