Question on enchanting
So in order to buff enchanting you need to delve into phantasmit tree right? Just making sure as I wasn't planning on using it, but if i'm going to have to go in there a bit to get stronger enchants I might as well play with it.

100 enchanting.
the perk from the central mage tree. 30% stronger enchants.
and the 3 stage perk from phams tree.
you want arcane smith perk anyway and its right next to the enchant bonus perk in phasma tree. you also want net of souls as there is an achievment for finding all 20 souls. some are very well hidden.

you also want fortify smithing. take note this effect cannot be gotten trough potions or as an effect for enchanting. but there is atleast 3 fixed items which contain this bonus. 2 are setpieces and one is a helmet of the mastersmith. together they provide 28% bonus. that brings your weapons to exclusiv bonus tier when at 100 handicraft.

in order to reach legendary tier you would need 135 handicrafting or a chestpiece with the bonus. not sure if either is possible at all.

take note the effect is only 4 points of damage per new tier for 1handed swords. might be 5 for 2handers. so not a big deal overall. the tiers keep going up by 4 points evey 30 past 135 handicraft. but the max condition is legendary. its much weaker than skyrim.

sadly enchanting fortify weapon % is still OP as all hell. with the above perks and 100 enchanting and a poor enchant potion (cannot get stronger ones 7% bonus is the max youll get)

this alloes you to get 60% bonus per piece. might be possible even higher. weapons will reach well over 100 damage with this and the perks. the good news that youll still not oneshot high level creatures with this unlike skyrim.

you can also gain 43% magic resist this way. thus you can reach the cap of 85%. (still applys from skyrim) which allows you to literally ignore mages. keep in mind skyrims piece restrictions still apply. so you cannot stuff this on all pieces of gear thankfully.

so far it seems the best shield and the best jewelry is the best ones by far. however there is some shields which buff 1 handed dmg. you cannot make these shields yourself as this effect is normally blocked on shields. there are a few unique jewerly pieces like the amulett that doubles your shatter chance on frozen enemies.
