Minimum rhetorics to pass all checks

Does anyone know the minimum rhetorics needed to pass all rhetorics checks in the game? I like all the effects rhetorics gives, but I want to put points into enchanting sooner rather than later, and I'd like to get my rhetorics to it's long term value sooner rather than later for selling loot. So I've been gunning it. I think I'm at 47 (56 with the sublime clothes) and I was just wondering what the hardest rhetorics check is in the game (no spoilers aside from the number please)

I've got 40 + 37 (+4 racial bonus, and the rest from gear: +11 neck piece, +9 chest piece, +8 hand piece, and I can't figure out where I'm getting the other 5 points), for a total of 77 with everything equipped (+12 with a standard charisma potion when I use one, which doesn't actually show up on my stats but I know it's there), and I've never failed a rhetoric check that I'm aware of.

(EDIT P/S: The 5 points of rhetoric I couldn't figure out earlier are from a permanent buff I have called 'Blessing of Generosity.' I think I got it from giving coins to all the beggars I happen to see in my travels. I got it a long while back. It also boosts health by 25 and carrying capacity by 10.)

75 might be the right number. I never saw a failure after getting to 75-80. It's such a crap skill, though. The trade benefit actually helps trivialize money too soon and any other benefit is terrible.
