Where to buy elementalism learning books?
Trying to find a steady seller but just can't find one.

There's multiple merchants who sell them; most alchemy merchants sell magic books and the general goods merchants tend to sell them as well. Also check the mage oriented merchants like Emberlord and Fireflash in Ark who sell them. The banker in Ark also sells many learning books including magic.

Have you tried the ARK marketplace or the apothecary at sun temple ... or the general trader in the ARK nobles quarter. Or the magic shop on noble quarter.

So where did you try?
