Character Skill Screen?

Maybe a weird question but; I am taking up this game after about 6 months away, should I be able to see my character/skills? For instance when I press Tab, I can see Magic, Map, Items, but the top arrow is empty. I also posted in support sub forum about some other bugs I am having, such as not being able to level up, didn't know if this was related or normal.

Press H for this, and check the esc/options/keymap for the other keys :-)

Just to put your mind at ease, there is no 'top' point on that tab menu screen:

(I also take breaks from Enderal now and then, and then have to 're-acquaint' myself with the key bindings upon my return. =p)

Thanks for the help.

Still not sure what is going on with my leveling. I got enough experience to level from 4 to 5. Then it just reset and I am still level 4. When I open the skill screen it says my experience is 5890/3917

I've seen this issue reported in the support forum in the past. To the best of my understanding, it's usually caused by a mod (or mods) that are (or were previously) installed:

I don't know what a solution might be other than a complete, mod-free install and starting a brand new game.

Re installed and restarted. Everything works and I'm already about as far along as I was before. I'm glad I restarted anyway because I forgot most of the backstory or what I was supposed to be doing.
