Critical hit chance
I have 2 daggers with increase critical hit chance. I am not able to disenchant any of them. Is this a bug or intentional?

Off the top of my head I'm gonna say it's intended. I don't recall seeing an enchantment effect that boosts/increases critical hit chances.
