But IMO, I don't think it was an issue but some sort of way to prevent cheating, like someone saving the game in the last second before winning, so everytime he loads it, he will receive the XP reward over and over to level up easily and fast.
I assume that may be true. But since that kind of cheating doesn't harm anyone, and also since you can literally just type in "Nova & Orion" to cheat yourself XP, I think the restriction when loading should be removed. Especially now since it's purely cosmetic (except for being an indicator of playtime with a nation).
All it really does in the end is confuse people and they end up disappointed.
