When will this game get native Apple Silicon MacOS and WIndows 11 ARM support?

Core parts of the design of this game were on the drawing board before 9/11. Considering the support phase for this remaster is mostly over... well, you can take a shot guessing whether there's a chance for it or not.

But does the game work at all through Apple and Microsoft's x86 to ARM Rosetta 2 and Prism translation layers?
