Unlocking explorer customization

Anyone knows how to unlock Lizzie as a explorer?

Jump in a time machine and go back a month, they are timed events, i think they come back round reading others comments

So far, no one knows exactly how and when and whether at all the event to unlock them will be returning.
AoE2 DE allowed people to get previous event rewards during its second anniversary at least.

Therefore, I guess it may be available again for AoE3 DE's 2nd anniversary later this year.
But it could also be that they will instead make it available next year in March/April when they potentially reprise the original event again. I also wouldn't mind if they made them unlock when reaching a high home city level all year round. Would be a shame if they were gone for good for all those who missed it this year.

They have not come back as rewards so far. I don't think it is very likely anymore that they will.

Because instead, they made some (but so far not even all) of the skins available to buy in a cosmetic DLC pack for real money. Only Lizzie can be unlocked as a freee DLC though.
They also added a bunch of new skins that can only be bought in the skin pack.
It is not too unlikely that they will add more buayable skin packs in the future too.

As for non-skin rewards from past events, no one can say for sure whether they will be available again at any point.
