I heard Halo Wars worked really well on the Xbox controller, but i never played it, so idk.
But Xbox One has official support to Mouse and Keyboard, even though i like to play anything on a controller if possible.
The AOE III is not the problem here, it is already ready, will not undergo any drastic change to make it more compatible with Xbox, it will continue as it always has been.
The problem is the AOE IV, they can destroy the AOE IV for PC trying to make it more compatible with Xbox.
I think RTS and consoles are natural enemies, I can't think of any other category of games that is so hard to make the transition from one platform to another.
It has cross-platform multiplayer between the Steam platform and Microsoft Store platform on PC.
so now it has multiple meanings. good
