Not 100% certain but I'm sure it'll be a pacifist race to collect x amount of resources before your opponent(s). A few civilizations will definitely have an advantage with their villagers/booming like the French and British so I hope they'll be nerfed to even the playing field.
I watched a couple videos, and it seems that it's basically a points system where the pacifist nature is optional. You can choose victory to be either who has the most points after a certain amount of time, or who reaches a certain amount of points first (points are purchased with in-game resources). Then you can choose whether everyone's peacefully trying to be the fastest boomer, or if military is allowed and you can try and ♥♥♥♥ up everyone else's economy to stop them from winning.
I think it looks fun myself.
