Are the DLC's worth it

I really like Age of Empires 3 DE although i do face issues like stutters at times well maybe since i have 8 GB RAM
But wanted to know if those civilizations are good and worth it

Also i wish they add civilizations which progress to new age by building wonders since I enjoy doing that a lot

I like them. Personally my fav DLC so far is the African. Not only does it include two brand new interesting civs with a Cattle/Alliance mechanic, but it also includes tons of new African maps and mercenaries.

If I had to pick only one, it would be African Royals.

If you play a lot and enjoy this game yes. The added civs are all fun and unique.

In 14 years of playing AoE3, I've never seen anything as game-changing as Mexico. From what I've heard, the US is similarly awesome. I was impressed by the Swedes when I got DE, but the Mexican hacienda system has blown my mind.

All the DLC add some value, but I think if a campaign was added for the new Civs it would have been perfect.

Yeah, I'm loving the haciendas. I'm also loving their cards they earn on aging up.

The Mexicans, US and the African civilizations are all really unique and fascinating compared to the other countries.

Yeah, that's exactly how I feel about it. I love Mexico and Ethiopia. Hausa is also very good (not a favorite, but still fun to play for flavor and a nice unique civ). USA is okay. The explorer sounds like a Saturday Morning cartoon parody of a super hero, but aside from that it's a decent civ. All of them come with some nice historical battles so that's a nice perk as well.
