with the new Update I lost all of my campaign progress!!!!
Please guys help me to fix this problem:

With the new small Update I lost all of my carrier/campaign progress. But I still have the loading files and when I use them to play or win a mission, after then It won't save. And so every time I have to play from the beginning with the long introduction and the question: which layout I should choose: Standard, DE, Classic?

Please I need help!

Kind Regards.

I'm having the EXACT same issue. Nobody seems to know what the problem is where I've been looking.

I played through 4 missions, closed the game, came back a few days later and found my progress gone. Played through 2 missions, closed the game, loaded it back up again and the same happened again. There's no explanation as to WHY it's doing this. But it's really annoying. Could do with a dev looking into this, might just be something really simple someone overlooked, but it's not fun to have to start from scratch because of a stupid bug.

thank you :D I thought I was the only one with this issue. I asked the support of AOE, but didn't get any feedback yet.

I went to play through the Fires of Calcutta with a new deck to try and beat on hard. I had rebuilt it and went to play. When I went to my home city to send shipments there was only the starting deck with my deck that I created not there. When I went back to my home city it said my level was 64 with ZERO card available but everything that I had previously unlocked was now locked with no way to unlock it again.
This patch has broken my campaign. Did they even test for this?!

Lots of problems with the new update.
Does not keep track of campaign progress.
Hopefully a very new update comes out soon. Really sucks to play like that.

You sure you’re in the right forum? Cause you haven’t touched aoe3 in the past 2 weeks, so how do you know you lost your progress?

Ans this is from a thread 2 years ago…

My assumption is that the Public Update Preview (PUP) version has a different "account" so that the progress only shows in the current version without PUP.
