I know what you mean, kinda odd that when you select your cards for a nation you want to play with via Skirmish or Multiplayer that you actually still have the old UI, so it is still there but it seems they ' revamped ' the card selection system for Campaign mode.
Well THANK YOU! HOLY LIVING CRAP. There is literally NOTHING I have been able to find about this issue OTHER THAN THIS: ANYWHERE ON THE INTERNET! I am VERY, No, ROYALLY ticked off! No help from aoe3 de site that I could find. Do they have a location you could go to? Maybe you have to walk in and ask the question to the secretary and see if anyone is available to help you: BECAUSE I HAVE'NT BEEN ABLE TO GET ANY HELP FOR THIS ATTT ALL!! VERY ROYALLY TICKED OFF!
There was one guy with a smart theory: Apparently, some special characters on your name might be related to this bug where the game is unable to save anything. As an example, my name contains "&" here on Steam, and somehow the game messes up when trying to save a profile containing this character. As a result, I got a perma reset.
I must add that I have another personal theory that even your XboX name might be a source that will mess your profile saving. This is a red flag for me about the company. I believe that they are not following the best practices for programming.
I am happy that my US challenge isn't being reset anymore but I am very pissed as well.
Try to flood then with support tickets, this is what is left for me. I have this bug since day ONE of Beta, as absurd it sounds.

I change it to 4.11.13 and I am now able to save the new deck. HOWEVER - this effectively breaks multiplayer as this version is not any longer compatible with the latest general release version. If someone have a solution for this, I would be grateful.
