If you are asking if there is a NEW campaign, then the answer is probably no.
But since this is a remake of the original AoE 3 it will contain all three of the original campaigns, which are quite substantial and fun (especially if they go over the missions a bit, to remove some of the weird quirks in a few missions)
Edit: Looking at the campaigns, since they are divided into chapters, there's actually closer to 9 different campaigns in AoE 3 with a total of 84 missions.
The campaign features unique factions for each chapter so it's not like you get one campaign for the Spanish, another for Brits, Russians, etc.
The Asian Dynasties missions follow the same trend, the Japanese story line is more based on the historical wars that lead to the Tokugawa reign but IIRC that campaign wasn't quite as narratively focused as the rest of the game. The Indian campaign is kind of inbetween with the story being about the historic Sepoy rebellion but being focused on the story of one Indian man choosing between duty to the British empire and his culture. The Chinese campaign is full on narrative though based on a treasure fleet that seeks to explore the new world.
If campaigns are important to you I'd definitely give this one a try if you haven't played the originals.
