The problem is that they are collapsing insanely fast. It even looks like those current scheduled demolitions. The original version was more interesting.

In AOE III DE the two new civs, the MP that now works for real and the new card system are already reasons enough to buy it. The only thing really worrying is the changes in the natives or caused by them.
Besides that they did very, very little with AOE I. Of course it's the oldest of the three it seems that what was done was gigantic, but it's basically graphics and a bit of QoL, that's all. AOE I DE has gained absolutely nothing new. AOE III DE has much, much more new content than AOE I DE.
I wanted to preorder (since the price is really appealing and 3 has always been my favourite part), but now I'd rather hold off to see the final product and pick it up at the end of October (if nothing better will be offered during the Halloween sale
All in all, I think that every critic here will eventually buy AoE3 DE, despite all the questionable changes.
