how to get lightning rod?
Using a thunder card near people teaches fire and using one on the ufo is said to grant plutonium but for some reason i can't figure out how to get the simple lightning rod i need to unlock batteries, computer, etc.

it requires 1 metal to build, sometimes humans just take a little while to build it
