how can i get this achievement..
do i need to make all land cover with snow?

No, you are thinking into the wrong direction:
They need clothing! For that you need wool (inspect it) and whatever the humans produce out of it (also inspect it).

I already have people with clothing (not all)
But the achievement still doesn't show up..

I already inspect, spinning wheel and clothing. Did I miss something?

I think you need clothing before something else, maybe cooking/fire.

Tried introducing some biomes where iceblocks form? Maybe the "cold" is still missing for the achievement.

You gotta get them to build igloo housing and have proper clothing- basically stop them freezing to death! I kinda got it by accident but with a lil experimenting, you can get the right stuff!

Thx. i already get the achievement.

i think it's a bug, i get it after the latest update, just have a cloth.

But the igloo is awesome, ice (Stick) is usefull after all.

This was last achievement what I get .. and you need Igloo + clothing to get it.
