Sadly not much IS known about them though. They are very unique and original (atleast in comparison to many other monsters i've seen in media), and yet quite mysterious all the same. Its a very interesting subject for sure with a lot of untapped potential. We don't even know exactly why they are attacking in the first place!
I'd love to learn about them more too, but i doubt that will happen this late into the game being out and mostly forgotten about at this point sadly.

There is one thing i CAN help with though. For height, there is only really one thing in this game that can even be somewhat relied on for actual scaling, and that is the Earth buidlings. They are generally 7-10 ft per story (on average), and so you can get a rough approximation of height by comparing a Titan to the size of the buidling and how many floors it has. Hope this helps!
