Yeah, I'm concerned that this is just going to be some sort of "clever" tie-in for an AMC television program where you think you're getting a chill airline flight experience in the "who in their right mind would want a game of this" genre like Desert Bus or even American Truck Simulator, but instead *gasp* there's a disaster! :denied:

i was thinking more along the lines of a random event that happens occasionally. i know they've mentioned random events, maybe this could be one of the more exciting ones.

There are some crashes - the whole game crashes/freezes from time to time :D

I found the game crashed more than enough without any help from the plane.

Nope, there are no surprises. It's 6 hours of you sitting in a seat and then your flight lands. You don't even interact with other passengers. The trailers on the store page have more content than the game does.

I'm not a fan of the Truck Simulators (or flying, or train, etc), but at least with those you are in control, you are the one driving, you are the one doing things and there's a wide range of places to go and explore and as such they are complete games.

Airplane mode is quite removed from that, it's more like if you were the passenger in Truck Simulator and had no control over where the driver was going, and also had no routes to choose from so it's always just the same: sit, watch video experience each time.

Airplane Mode is more like watching a Lets-Play video of someone else playing Truck Simulator, but only the same video of the same route repeated and with no control over what's actually going on.

its odd that i would love a game exactly like what you describe

airplane mode but for trucking sims or just driving in general hell trains or buses even

every single other game has you be in charge... be the driver..... do the flying.... so far.. theres only this one where your the passenger and thats the point

stop trying to make it something its not if you dont like what it is then do somethin else i guess

You love a game that lets you turn it on and do... nothing

You could honestly just sit on your couch and watch TV and have the same experience but with more channel options

You paid for the ability to accomplish nothing at all. Next time you are feeling bored and just want to give money away, let me know.
