Achievement: Team 17 (have the worm throw 5 Holy Hand grenades at the enemies' faces)

How do you get this achievement? The description for it is not very intuitive.....?

Mission 3, there's a worm on top of the rock just at the entrance of the last enemy base. He throws a holy grenade when clicked, just gotta do it 5 times and hit enemies with it.

While playing Mission 3.... when you get to the upper half of the map, look to the cliffs on the right edges of the screen.
