When you are setting up a base it is hard to work out what thralls you still need to get because the ones that you have are wandering around. You have to visit each bench to see if you need a thrall on it or not. Not overly impressed with this part of the update so far.
One will now have to be very careful about Purges. Set you coffer too close to your base, and you could lose your crafting thralls (unless you send them to your tailor first to be fitted out in the best armour).
Unless you want the thralls at your base to count in a purge and increase the number of attackers in each wave, build your purge base far enough away that the thralls in your main base do not show in the followers tab.
My post was not about T4's, just thralls in general. Have you tried to move a thrall from the station you assigned it to, when it is playing tiddly-winks elsewhere.
But the assign the crafter to workbench, just can't do it. You can't drag one manually from your inventory to a station, and placing them through the new setup in world doesn't count.
The journeys are probably low priority for them to fix. I assume it doesn't complete because thralls are no longer "items" but actual thralls. Obviously worth fixing nonetheless but I wouldnt worry too much about them rn
