King Under the Mountain to Mountain Core

I own "King Under the Mountain" It did not automatically update and become
"Mountain Core" How do I exchange "King Under the Mountain" for "Mountain Core"?
Are there any directions anywhere? If so where do I find the instructions to make this happen?
I'v tied Steam Support and have gotten absolutely no help.

It'll happen automatically upon the Early Access release on May 18th. In the meantime you can use https://kutm-upgrade.herokuapp.com/ to get a Mountaincore pre-release key

Unfortunately someone has an exploit for the Steam API that verifies ownership and stole hundreds of keys so I've had to shut it down. Instead now it has to be a case of just waiting until the launch on May 18th (just a few days) which will add Mountaincore automatically to the libraries of owners of King under the Mountain. I'd do it sooner if I could but it seems the game has to be released first.

I assume there's a slight delay in the transfer thingy since it hasn't transfered yet?

Yeah annoyingly the Steamworks management site isn't giving me the option to link the games together although the support documentation says it is possible, and I've seen it done for other games, and this account owns both of them. So I've raised a support ticket with Valve but will have to wait for them to get back to me on that. Apologies for the delay!

Any idea on an e.t.a for how long this type of stuff should take to workout? Just curious as im ready to get playing! :)

It's been nearly 36 hours that I've been waiting for Steam support to reply back to my support ticket so I've opened a new ticket in the hopes that they get on that one quicker. Very frustrating, sorry for the delay but I can't give an ETA, it's entirely in their court

And I want to get this sorted absolutely as soon as possible because the King under the Mountain owners playing Mountaincore should boost the game up the "New and trending" page so it's massively important to me too!

Small update - I raised a 2nd ticket with Steam support after they stopped responding to the first one for a couple of days (they're always really slow). They've now closed the 2nd ticket as it is a duplicate of the first, but have let me know that the main ticket has been escalated to the dev team for them to fix whatever the issue between the two games is. So not much but at least we've found that out, though I'm annoyed they didn't respond to the 1st ticket saying what was going on. Hopefully resolved soon but that's as much information as I have at this point.
