1.25:1 aspect ratio?

Am I just stoopid or does this game not have a fullscreen option for a 1.25:1 aspect ratio?

Also when I foolishly tried to run it at high res full screen it now means that I about a third of everything is happening off screen and that includes the button which would let me change it back again :P

Presumably there's a config file somewhere that I can edit to get me out of this....?

Ok! I tried playing the game through with only 2/3 of the screen showing in the hope that somewhere along the line I'd be able to change the screen mode, but I've hit a dead end with Lola on the plane, she wants me to drag a plushie over to her during gameplay and I don't see it on the screen and can't progress at all.

This is so infuriating!! I've been excited about this game for weeks!

Tried my hardest to find a workaround for this problem and have come up with nothing so I'm afraid I'll be getting a refund. Hope it's sorted in a future update!

Honestly, all I'd need as a quick fix is the option to purge the config files from my PC so I can run the game as if for the first time.

Or even just know where the config files are so I can do it manually myself.

Yeah, the game was built around 16:9, the dev is working on supporting more though. I think the game starts in fullscreen on first launch so a save file delete might not work.
For the time being, I've added a line to my speedrun mod that should "letterbox" non-16:9 resolutions, so you can access the settings button and such and get to a 16:9 windowed mode.
Extract this next to the game's EXE: bit dot ly slash 2OtXrJo
You can delete the "BepInEx" folder afterwards if you don't want the mod, although being intended for speedruns, it doesn't modify normal play at all, just some quality of life stuff (like quick new game, return to menu hotkey, and running in background)

Mine started windowed. Might depend on what you're working with, though. I also just got it yesterday, though, so that might be a quick fix they implemented for people who were having issues.

1.0.3 still hasn't fixed this problem, despite stating specifically that it's introduced a keyboard shortcut to change the screen size; the shortcut does not work.

so i found a work around at least for me. press alt and enter and it goes to windowed mode, a bit small but you can see the screen entirely

Aha, that's useful actually, thanks!

The new keyboard shortcuts included in 1.0.3 to change the screen size (CTRL+UP ARROW / CTRL + DOWN ARROW) do not work when the game is running in full screen mode.

Pressing ALT + ENTER *does* change my game to run in windowed mode, but I still cannot see the right hand side of the screen (including the 'options' button)

However, when running in windowed mode, the CTRL+ARROW shortcuts now work!

Finally I get to play the game!!! Thanks everyone :)
