How do I open a trait of a hero?

You need to level them up for the trait quest to appear, 3rd trait quest is available when they reach level 25

I did this and I get the same menu that I get when I click on the guild and then on person. Is this the trait menu? It says Equipment on the top.

Are you talking about the 3 spots with ? in them under each person in their equipment menu? If so, 2 of my 3 people have all 3 filled in and 1 has only 1 filled in. This 1 is my first person and I was wondering why he still only has 1. All 3 of my people are at level 55.
