Edit: Nevermind, apparently they nerfed this? It used to go up to 100% now it only goes up to 60%, though that is probably still good.
just keep farming the second areas and crafting... it is a grind.
and these:

ofc it also depends on your rolls
Give your damage Solid Iron Helmet + Decoy Gun (100% Crit Rate when partied with above, up to 350% crit damage) and stack Stamina
Give your frontline either the same Decoy Gun setup, or something like the Courtier's Epee + Iron Greaves
Fill the rest of your slots with as much party-wide damage as you can. You should be int stacking on Aiden, and should use Mona as your main source of damage. Front-line-wise I like Eddie for the occasional damage reduction and bonus drops.
EDIT: If you're struggling to clear Hot Springs et al, Black Tooth Necklaces and Elegant Breastplates + Party Wide Damage (Masculinity, Master's Cap) can help with breaking into those maps.
Thanks to everyone guys, for ur advices :3
60% is plenty. I wouldn't put anything else in my legs/feet slot.
