I live abroad and gadgets here are way more expensive...(+30% import)
Now I found a secondhand SFF for around 40USD.. but I have doubts if I shoudnt spend 8x more on a second hand logitech g920...
so about the sidewinder Force Feedback with USB
is it worth buying to play f1 2019.. precision wise etc.
is the forcefeedback working?
and did you succeed connecting it on USB3.0 ports
All input appreciated
Hopefully you find the right settings to get faster...and dont forget to tell yourself "I need me to push!!"
Wow, thank god, that i´m not the only one who still uses the MS FFW USB. This thing is wonderfull and i was able to get it to work under WIN10 in F1 2019 via the USB 2 an 3. Plug an Play. I would have never expected that. But it works... allmost.
Within the first 5 or so runs everything woked perfectly. Just assigned the buttons and go. Force Feedback strong and presice. But then, with noch understandable reason, the wheel stopped to loosen itself while starting the the game. Which meens, the wheel is allways going back to the centre position. On track the effect is still recognizeable, but not as stron as in the menues.
That reduces the driving fun a lot. I´m a bit lost, because it worked in the first place. Does anybode have experiences with this issue.
I´m looking foreward to your replies. Cheers from Germany. Milan
and it works without issues.
Hi there! Im having the same centering issue. When i use the wheel on rfactor 2 or assetto corsa ir works pretty nice and i can feel the tyre forces when turning or with the car parked, but in f1 it feels like it is artificial always centering
Have you come to a solution to it on f1 games?
One more here :). Happy to meet other users of this old and good wheel
