Buy it, try it, refund if you don't like it.

I would recommend you if u wanna keep on gaming some of the "bigger games" that you go buy a 8 more ram and a atleast 3&4ram gb graphic card ... and a controller a s an Xbox one etc ...

....
A wheel (like G29) too.

well with a 2gb card and a 8 ram pc ..hes gonna suffer soon or already ...
It will run . . with poor graphics but will run.
For better experience, a better pc (with better graphics card)
Also for better experience, a wheel (at least a G29 or about the same).

If you cant have both and will take a time to get any of the both, you have to think what experience you want to improve. The graphics experience or the driving experience?

I think the graphics,I have a cheap wheel I can play with it, or with controller

if your able to run F1 2018 and rally/other codemasters driving titles at a decent setting, f1 2019 will be the same, very well optimised driving game engines :) let thge game set itself up in auto, it will check your hardware and set its own level to your specific hardware..

check via benchmark options ingame (set a track and rain conditions is a good idea), adjust levels until you are happy with frame rate versus IQ

I personally always game with vsync on (any threat pf page tearing drives me mad) but i benchmark with vsync off so i can see the max frame rate the card can handle, if its over 60fps i start upping detail levels in options and retest.

then i enable vsync again, but tbh with a 7700k and a 1080ti FE i just set everything at ultra even at 4K HDR in Dx11 and see 60fps all day long.

your welcome mate.

try direct x 12 mode, if it runs on your card/windows os it should use more of your cpu cores, failing that drop to direct x 11.
