Throttle stuck at 100% (mapping Z-)

Logitech G920 and the throttle is stuck at 100%. At first I thought my pedal was broken so I switched to PC2 and it works just fine there. I went back to F1 2019 and tried calibrating the throttle and it changed it from the pedal to Z- whatever that is. The brake and clutch pedals work just fine on this game and other games.

What I think happened was I was playing F1 last night, then switched to PC2 for a few races but had to reassign the throttle because the car wouldn't go, then today switched back to F1 and now the throttle is stuck wide open

I have tried unplugging the wheel and restarting computer. I also tried waiting until the game launched to plug in wheel. I tried creating a profile in logitech gaming software for this game. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled LGS and Nvidia experience. I also uninstalled PC2. None of these has worked. Any advice?

I had the same issue in Grid using a g923 wheel (xbox/pc version).   After looking at the lg_g923_xone.xml file in the \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GRID (2019)\input\actionmaps directory it appears that the accelerate action is incorrectly mapped by default to the "di_y_axis".    It should be "di_z_axis".    If you just search and replace all instances of di_y_axis with di_z_axis in that file you can then go to the control menu in the game and choose load device preset for your G923 wheel.   This fixed my issue with the accelerator stuck at 100%. Not sure if F1 2019 works the same way, but it is worth a try.

Thanks it works.  It is the lg_g29_xone.xml file in the \Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2020\actionmaps directory it appears that the accelerate action is incorrectly mapped by default to the "di_y_axis".    It should be "di_z_axis".    If you just search and replace instance di_y_axis with di_z_axis only once at actionName "Accelerate""> in that file you can then go to the control menu in the game and choose load device preset for your G29 wheel.   This fixed my issue with the accelerator stuck at 100%. in F1 2020.

I'm not sure if anyone is getting this issue still but i got it on F12021 my fix i used worked instantly. I used the profile with wheel then saved it to custom, then I changed the throttle to the A button then changed it back to peddle and the 100% throttle was gone. Hope it helps

I'm not sure if anyone is getting this issue still but i got it on F12021 my fix i used worked instantly. I used the profile with wheel then saved it to custom, then I changed the throttle to the A button then changed it back to peddle and the 100% throttle was gone. Hope it helps

I have exactly this problem in all games! I've done everything I said in the comments and I couldn't solve it. Is anyone still having this problem?
