F1 2019 not launching. someone help

so i got F1 2019 two days ago and its not starting, i have done everything that other people have tired and have even factory restated my PC to get rid of unwanted junk.

i launch it via steam and it says "launching" ( i have tired both DirectX 12 and 11) then after about 10 seconds it saying "syncing"

does anyone have a fix as coademaster are taking their time helping me

Disable Steam Overlay in the Steam game settings. Or check if your Antivirus software or Windows Firewall/Defender is blocking the game.

i do not have the overlay on and my anitvirus is off

its really annoying i have looked everywhere and loads of people are having the same problem.
still waiting to hear from coademaster to see if they can fix it

think its an issue with steam, tried rage 2 and that wont launch either, keep getting a notice about being offline which i am not

Troubleshooting the DirectX 12 issue in F1 2019 (In Portuguese: Solucionando o problema de inicialização com o DirectX 12)
In the case of the problem with DirectX 12 when initializing the F1 2019 PC, on Steam go "in-game", right-click on F1 2019, then click on Property and uncheck the "Enable In-Game Steam panel" or Steam overlay. Unchecking this is possible to get in using Directx 12.

NOTE: THIS SOLUTION IS VALID ONLY FOR WINDOWS 10.

No caso do problema com o DirectX 12 ao inicializar o F1 2019 PC, no Steam vá em "Jogo", clique com o botão direito em F1 2019, clique em Propriedade e desmarque a opção "Ativar o-Jogo no Painel Steam" ou Steam overlay em inglês. Desmarcando isso é perfeirramente possível entrar usando o DirectX 12.

OBSERVAÇÃO: ESTA SOLUÇÃO É VÁLIDA APENAS PARA O WINDOWS 10.

well having a low end Pc isnt good enough as coadmaster just emailed me saying that a Geforce 710A isnt pwoerfull enough even tho i can run 2018 perfect

Ozzie45, I think you need to put in Direct X 12 or 11 in compatibility mode with Windows 8 or Windows 7 and try again.

CodeMaster got back to me and they said that my computer wont be able to run it, looks like they don't know that some people dont have the best PC's in the world. my PC can run F1 2018 on max i just don't get why they would make the game so that it can only run of megga graphics card. shame really i really want to play the game
