Input lag, no direct steering with gamepad, with all settings off a articial delay still slows down input

When using gamepad, the game intervens between input and what is happening. Creating a huge delay(over 0.2 secs) between input on analogue stick on gamepad an what the real positiong of steering wheel and /of throttle. It feels like a overactive steering-help making driving totally impossible. So for example when steer rivht to left quickly, the wheel in game is steering slowly to the left. Well relativly slowly, but slow enough to make proper driving impossible. Steert in needs to be timed 0.2 sec to 0.3sec before really steering in...

i set controls set to elite, but still steering does not follow exactly input. How can i get control like "live for speed" and assetto corsa, in which the game exactly follows the input of the analogue sticks?

I did bit more testing, it is also very clear steerig-help cannot be disabled through the menu's. Making driivng totally impossible.
how do i disable:
- all steering hels/assists
- All forms of traction control, any assist
- How to stop game from delaying input (steering is slowed down depending on speed, some form of extreme speedsensitivity which is active even at 0 km/h)

Got myself automobilista, so got live for speed, assetto corsa(buggy FF though), three other sims where gamepads are working properly. f1 2019 totally unusable! Seems like the bigger the title the worse control is? since automobilista and live for speed are MILES ahead in controler options and CORRECTLY working with anologue sticks EVEN when controller type is NOT recognized? By simply using standarized programming calls? Codemasters please fix it! I refunded the game, waiting for you to fix gamepad dual anlogue stick with FF. It is really possible! softwaredevelopers with 1% of your budget made it!
