G29/Braking
So I have the same issues as all other stated G29 issues. Saturation helps but makes the response very spongy. Also MY breaks dont work no matter what I seem to change. Under no setting can I lock up the tires even with Breaking assist off. No matter how hard I break I cannot stop in time for a turn even with extreem early breaking zones.

at the bottom of the wheel calibration screen in the game there are 3 bars .
steering wheel .
accelerator.
brake .
when you press the brake peddle the brake bar must fill all the way to the right hand side for full braking.

G27 here. It is impossible to brake without overshooting the corner. 100% braking, no-lockups, nothing works. The car just keeps going.

I don't know exactly what I did or if I even did anything. Went though all and don't remember any specific change I made other then using high DX for Windows 10. But I have no clue if or how that would affect it.

That being said I can now hit braking zones not well but that's the Flesh Bag behind the wheel not the equipment.

On a side note is there no way to just go run the tracks to learn them before being shoved into the story line/races? Can't learn gears/braking zones/course while paying attention to dive bombing AI.

You could do Time trial in solo, its how I learned tracks before hand.

Also about your braking problem. I had a similiar-ish thing.
A solution for me, that isnt too ideal for everyone I guess, is that I switched to the clutch panel for braking. Not too great, but I can properly brake now at least.

I'm not having problem with the G29, on a side note, the braking system is very different this year, but can be confusing. If you block front tyres you think, ok let's change balance on the rear, but i found it is better to put it on the front istead. In 2018 people was using 52% to 58% brake balance, But i tried to play with 62% to 66% In f12019 with good satisfaction. Less then 60% only with rain. No Abs of course!

Yeh as soon as I saw your post I tried it and things Improved a lot Thank you. I'm going with 0 assists off the bat so takes some getting used to. Don't want to learn bad habits by using assists.

G25 here, but it uses the same pedal base, but i have the opposite, really have to be gentle on the breaks or i have lockups, my break pedal is really oversensitive, cant never seem to get the feel right, even with Hard breaking from top speed, i hardly need to press the pedal too deep or my wheels lockup.. Did do wonders though for my coasting skills :steammocking:
