He feels no downforce/lack-of-downforce, oversteer, understeer, anything, he have to react on screen image and that is it (maybe some controller vibration but . . . makes almost no difference at all).
With all assists on the controlller is well optmized to make the analog stick or arrows worth because you have fast steering reaction with it and the game wont allow the wheel to turn so much you spin everytime neither will let you down that you oversteer everytime.
(same goes for throttle and breaks).
To be good enough with a steering wheel is harder than with a controller but pays off with time and experience, good luck and keep going ;).
Im sorry but that is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.. I AM used to my steering wheel and he is right away 3-5 seconds faster in the fast lap.. Im on my absolute limit. And even in fast corners with straight line before, he can go faster, as if he got more downforce and Im talking WAY MORE
So we wanted to start out with F2. I was actualley doing best compared to him in a Carlin in Suzuka with an 1:44.237. He did a 1:43.300. Both balanced Setup 3. It feld way better, because it is actually one of my best tracks. Nevermind the fact I was doing 10-15 Laps and he only 3. I've been driving with steering wheels for 12 years now... I was never as uncompetative as this. In Silverstone for example I'm constantly 3 Seconds off his time, regardless of any setting.
I for one sometimes need just a couple of laps to do a good time, sometimes I need some hours trying . . but when one of my friends tell me they broke my record . . . sometimes I just go there and do it 1s or 2s faster (and really, out of nowhere, with 1 to 4 tries only) and they get pissed on me because of that :P.
