Achievement Help

Hi,
I'm enjoying the game but I've got some questions about the achievements.
How do I get the best ending? I rescued a sperm which helped me in the final fight, but I guess that wasn't enough to change the ending.

What is ???? mode? Does it unlock after getting the best ending?

Does Hyperspermia require just getting all of the cells, or getting the Steven times as well?

And finally, is the spermicide medal mentioned in the Survivor achievement the lowest medal, therefore I need to last as long as possible to get it?

So I've managed to get some of these achievements (Hyperspermia and Winner Winner S***N Dinner) but they haven't popped on steam :/

I know you figured out some of these yourself, but just in case you or someone else wants some clarification:

1. Getting the best ending requires beating the game with at least 6765 points. There's also two other endings - a neutral one with more than 4965 points (but less than 6765), and a bad one below 4965.
   
2. ???? mode is Hard mode which is unlocked by getting a Steven medal in every single stage on one run of the game (not one run as in "one sitting", just on one playthrough of the game). If you mess up, you can always hit escape on the results screen and retry instead of moving on to the next stage.
   
3. Hyperspermia requires getting the Steven times as well, since you get more points based on which medal you get.
   
4. Yes, the spermicide medal is the lowest medal which requires the most time.

And thank YOU for playing :D, I'll try to release a fix for the achievement stuff. I'm pretty sure those achievements work properly so I think it's just an issue on Steam's end, I'll try to release an update 2.1.4 which'll refresh your achievements with Steam if you go to the Acheivements section on the Extras menu... I'll message back when I do that.

No problem , glad you had fun & a tough challenge with the 100% achievements, and I'm always glad to fix any issues with my game... I just released 2.1.4 which should resync your achievements if you go on the Achievements screen on the Extras menu, let me know if that fixes things or not!
