System test screen is not closing

Just installed the program,but after running it , it is showing a SYSTEM TEST screen which I am unable to close. Attaching the screenshot here - https://imgur.com/a/fUtifQR Can anyone help me ??

Windows 11

I see massive warnings everywhere, WINDOWS 10 ONLY! so does this not work on windows 11? you might want to update that, alot of people will be avoiding it because they've upgraded.

Window can't be maximised

The program opens but it's only a small window which can't be maximised... I have blocked the antivirus and reinstalled - no change...
