I have a fix for everyone that is running into issues where the controllers will not "show" and you are stuck in the first screen that asks "sit or stand"
You need to open the oculus/meta application and either link to your pc via cable or air play.
On your computer you have to go to your library section and click the "+" icon,
In my case the app was not listed so i clicked the prompt. "App not listed? Add it here."
then locate the Accounting+.exe program and add it to your library. (this should take a couple seconds.
You need to open the oculus/meta application and either link to your pc via cable or air play. Access your Library via Oculus PC Link and the game should come up.
From there launch the game and your controllers should now work.
Im not sure if it is something dealing with the PCVR "Screen Share" thats built into steam. But this way has worked for me.
If this is not working try to update to the beta and progress with the same steps over.
Not saying this is a gurenteed fix but this is what made the game finally work on my side.
I am running Meta Quest 3
