Shadow Harvest: Phantom Ops W10 Issues

Installing then verifying game cache (and installing PhysX Legacy) I am getting the 'create renderer' failure error. I've read where it may be a resolution issue but that hasn't solved it (changing res) any other ideas? BTW have the latest AMD GFX drivers. My rig stats are decent:
FX-8350
R9 280X
ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0
16gb RAM
so that can't be it .....I'm thinking W10 isn't playing nicely. The only other post regarding this the discussion is about the fellas older rig....so thats no help.

I have initiated a download of this game on a Win 10 machine. When it's done I'll test it.

Found out what it was....had to go to Documents find the game go to the config file the resolution was a weird number like 1594,864 changed it to 1920,1080 and bingo the game starts and looks good.....

Can confirm that editing the resolution line to a real resolution in the Shadow Harvest config file in Documents fixed this issue.
