Coats not Unlocking?

So, can someone help me.
I have some pups who are now yearlings with unlock able coats, These ones aren't from the instant family they are biological to My wolf and His mate. I have a few who have "Bronze Forehead" but it doesn't show its unlocked?

There is one wolf from the Instant Family who has Bucky coat but i see why its not unlocked for that reason. But these ones are raised from pup to yearlings?

Does anyone else have this issue?

Did you play the save on a separate device at some point? If at any point during the year, you played on a different device, than the coats won't unlock, and there's not a way to fix it.

I play on two different computers but not all the time, but i got this game in may so not anytime during before February.
or if i play on different devices either way will it do that? cause i find that very irritating. I only have two unlocked which are White Cheeks and Stormy but i played that wolf save on two different computers. (Canyon & Pyramid)

Only reason i play on two different computers is because on some weekends I go to my dads and majority of the time im at my moms.

There are two reasons why coats won't unlock.

1: If you play the game on multiple devices.
2: If this litter of pups was born before the update was released that made the coats Unlockable Coats (they used to be known simply as NPC coats).

No, i started this save probably May 24th? or June.
So basically, These unlocked coats are messed up because i played on two different computers now?

Save files remember which machine they are started on, so if you are switching between devices to continue the same saves, even if occasionally, you are likely to not unlock those coats. The game has anticheat measures for coat unlocks, so if you play on the wrong device when the game does its checks for unlocks, they will kick in and won't unlock for you.

So if you want to 100% ensure they unlock, then keeping to one wolf to one device so they don't get confused is the only thing you can really do about.

Ah, alright then. I might get guaranteed Bronze Forehead again since Buck and arrowhead bore two wolves with it, if it works with this new pup save ill try sticking to this PC and play another on my other one at my dads. i find that so weird honestly because theyre the same accounts and i take so much time playing these games.

It's an anticheat so people aren't trading save files around for unlocks, so it tracks the machine, not the account.

Hi, I read the replies and I see the issue for most people is the anti-cheat measure, but I was wondering if anyone could help me. I'm having the same problem except i use the same PC each time and the litters have been born this month and last month, so they weren't even born before the NPC coat update. I have most coats unlocked, but chocosnout and 2 others won't unlock and I don't know how to fix it

Are these litters on new saves or is it an old save from the past that has had a new litter recently?
