Wolf not appearing on title screen anymore? Way to fix this?
My game updated and my wolf on the title screen was replaced by the default tawny, tried deleting/reinstalling/making new saves but nothing makes another wolf show instead, I'm stumped, not a game breaker obviously but I liked seeing my wolf on the title screen, anyone else had this happen and know how to fix it?

Oh wow, it's probable that you're so far behind your original saves and wolves aren't fully or at all compatible with the most recent patches then. I'd start again with the saves at least, many of the new updates will only show up on ones started after those updates.

The wolf that appears on your screen is the one selected last in your carousel; if you have no wolves you'll get the generic tawny one. There haven't been any public updates for a long time though so I'm not sure how your game has updated unless you've been away a long time.

Haven't played since release day ':D, I have plenty of saves and wolves, the tawny in question isn't in my carousel, I guess my game is just bugged out, I must have messed up the files or something, thanks for responding anyways :)

Was it a new wolf? If so, you might have forgotten to sync the files after making the wolf.

No but I have had it happen a few more times even after deleting all my old wolves (the ones made years ago before updating the game that weren't registering properly) with new wolves and found out that I can fix it by simply selecting/making another wolf so they show up on the title screen instead, then going back to MY Wolves and re-selecting the wolf I want and viola they are now showing up. I think the game just gets confused sometimes and fails to load them in ':D
