All hail the Stamina
Well, my tastes must be clear enough.

What about you? What is your #1 attribute/build and why?

I normally go for +1 strength or +2 depending on what age perks I want to use and then -2 Health as I have learned to not waste HP and the extra HP doesn't seem that needed to me anymore and +1 speed or 0 depending on what I am using for strength and then 0 speed and then I always put an age perk to speed to bump it up. And I almost always add an age perk to stamina also, and youthful prowess, it can be useful for sick pups on Challenging and accurate.

I've learned to conserve stamina and health fairly well, so my favorite skill to spec into would be strength, which is lovely on Accurate. Though, having some extra hit points is nice, so I often go for health as well. While I can deal with lower speed, I prefer having an average amount. Typically I adjust to any build I'm given, even if all stats are -2, but I have the most practice with less stamina and more health/strength, so that tends to be my go-to unless I'm either playing a specific character who breaks that stat rule, or a challenge wolf.

Admittedly though with age perks I will very much appreciate some extra health (or stamina if I'm not struggling with health), strength, and usually just one clout or memory perk. Fun parent is a nice one to start with for that first year of pups, but after that it's territorial might for as long as I can have it.

Other way around with me - I'm used to sacrifice strength and health to durability. I admit I played as a "tank " with 2+1 strength and 2 health (and damn it was nice haha), but to me the advantage of extra Strength is only seen after 2 or 3. Do we by any chance have any calculations of average damage increase? Other than those on wiki. +1 strength doesn't seem like a big deel to me, unless i go fully with tank build

I love all of them, the stats i go for depend on what kind of wolf i'm making. But i do have a particular soft spot for the reliable +2 damage +2 health -2 stamina -2 speed. I used to make a lot of my wolves have those stats.

+1 strength, -2 stamina, 0 speed, +1 health. depends on what difficulty i'm on, +2 speed and +2 strength if i'm on easy, but i usually just play as offsprings and don't manually create wolves, so it really depends on the stats my pups grew with. I've completed a game with a -2 speed offspring with 7/7 surviving.

I usualy play with random stats and then pick perks depending on wath the wolf is lacking.
I usually don't care much for speed, and go into strength, stamina, and then maybe health

i go for -2 health and strength and +2 speed and stamina, reason: PRONGHORN. (they are weak and have low health, good for if your low on health and need a quick snack or if you want to impress your friends by loading up a save of your 37 prong carcasses not to mention the 21 others the got eaten and the 9 because you forgot to save one time.

Speed for sure. I always go +2 Speed, +1 Stamina, -1 Strength and -2 Health. I play exclusively accurate ironwolf and I find that this works well for me, especially because I prefer to hunt mule deer. I also play a lot of single parent challenges so having a weaker alternative to elk in pronghorn or deer is nice :Happy_Pup: Sometimes I'll swap out the stamina for +1 strength though, those two stats usually come down to what I plan to do with the wolf!
