Which personally is your favorite wolf? (Out of the amethyst mountain packs, number 1-4)

whats Lamar 2M's traits like? Wapiti 3M's coat doesn't appeal to me but I might settle for him

lamar 2m and wapiti 3m are both bold social and energetic

What I noticed about pack wolves is that they seem more social than dispersals. Probably because they have lived with packmates for a long time and such. Social dispersals are rare to comeby it seems.

To add onto this: Junction Butte 2M (Ginger Coat) is so cute, he's very social and likes to howl a lot. I think he's energetic and bold too.

I've heard that he's bold and is more of a balance on social and and energetic.

He's very good at taking care of the pups, great at helping me hunt and is very vocal. He'll howl from the den when I'm out and I can howl back to increase our affinity. It's great. He's also a gorgeous black wolf!

I have noticed that the best pack mates seem to be those wolves that are constantly, and aggressively, chasing you out of their territory, lol.

Thought I'd tag onto this since I have had a pack wolf mate for 4 litters now, Junction Butte 4F is Incredibly bold, and will literally sacrifice herself 4 times before a bear can get to the pups. I have to keep permadeath off with her, otherwise she wouldn't last long XD
She always follows you when you leave the den, so if you want her to stay you have to tell her to go back every. single. time. So, if you like to keep permadeath off and you want a bold mate, JB 4F is a good choice

Larmar 2M 100%. he currently holds the title of 'only four star mate I've ever gotten'. he seems very social and playful, making affinity no problem most of the time. he also does his part in hunts, even running ahead of me to chase after an injured elk I'd attacked. really do recommend trying to find him. be careful though, I got chased out by stranger wolves a few minutes after winning him over and I almost died.

How do you guys get pack wolves for mates I only ever see the dispersals.

You need to venture into pack territory, and i think sometimes you need to win some fights in the territories to get the pack wolves to spawn

If your mate dies in SC then you could get a Lebo Peak dispersal. They're awesome (When they're your mate otherwise they're jerks you have to fight off your territory.) Lebo Peak is the SC Beartooths.
